This space started from my own journey as a parent.

My child has ADHD and for a long time, I kept wondering why things that seemed simple felt so hard - getting started, staying on task, managing emotions. It didn’t feel like a lack of effort, but I didn’t quite understand it then.

Learning about Executive Function (EF) helped me make sense of what was actually going on and it slowly changed how I responded and supported him.

As my son entered his teenage years, I came across Collaborative Problem Solving® (CPS). Its collaborative, evidence-based approach resonated with me because it provides a shared framework for understanding and working through challenges together, both at home and in school.

Today, I combine my lived experience as a parent with professional development in ADHD, executive function and learning support to support parents who are navigating similar journeys.
